hello earthlings. firstly, Merry Christmas! :)

back to my story. haven't been updating for quite sometime.. hmm, been empty since before i went taiwan?

oopsieee.

So yeah, i went to taiwan with HwaChong's softball guys team, basketball and volleyball guys girls team from the 8th to 15th of december. Compared to phs past trips, nah. this cannot be compared at all.

be it flights, hotels, planning etc etc, nothing's better. perhaps the time flexibility? yeah.

you'll know why when you read on.

Our flight was 10.10am in the morning, and we had to transit at hongkong, to take our plane to taiwan.

Upon reaching taiwan, there wasn't any toug guide to welcome us, and we took a coach to hotel. not too bad.

but guess what? upon reaching our hotel, thats where the horror begins.

we were told that the hotel's a THREE STAR (bad enough) but nope. not even a two i'd say.

sigh sigh. all the whining all the complains. we're back.

i guess the worst should be the schedule and the meals. only 2 or 3 meals were provided for the entire trip, and the itinerary was planned a day before. if i were to pay the full cost for this trip, i definitely wouldn't come. what an incentive trip. and i better pray hard that this blog remains as quiet because nobody would see this and i wouldn't get scolded, like when i post something in fb and someone comes to me telling me that it's not very appropriate? not appropriate? report me as an abuser then.

yeahhh unlike phs trips where i'll have prolly 1000 over photos to upload, that i have to update day by day on my trip, this is so much easier. no visits to scenic places, no propers meals to camwhore over. that explains it all. sigh.

but nonetheless, i got to know my teammates more, and see deeper into them, each one of them.

also, many of our team's flaws were exposed by our counterparts. i thought that was good because it just reflects on how much we have to improve on. Jiayou team.

mon wed fri training, tues thurs gym. what a life! probably if i was still in phs, i'd definitely look forward to training. five times a week ain't enough! more more more give me more. but now, things are different. not that i hate training, but rather, the training style. sigh. come to think of it, my niao-ing season shall start soon. he better not let me start. grr.

the movie SUCKED. thriller much, but the whole plot is screwed and ahh. the ending was zzzzzz. hahahaha.

travelled all the way to salt centre for gym. i could have gone to yck's gym, nearer. but! SALT CENTRE'S GYM IS FREE. muahahahahaha. but grr it's really far for me! travelling time to and fro damn long.
then, travelled to bishan to meet cheapskate and started queuing for swensens. (cause for 1-for-1 lunch :P) then, there come ahjieee and mayday. they told me to meet at 1230 initially, then 1! but they came at 130 :@

i love to eat with cheapskate around cause you can order lotsa food and eat abit of each and he'll finish everything! ^^

afterwhich we shopped around j8 and off to cheapskate's place while they continued shopping.

just found out this morning that my duty on monday is u16's girls quarter finals, which is knockout round!

went to ps to shop for stuffs, and i saw new stocks coming in for the sanrio shop! but it wasn't open cause they were moving in the stocks. damn :(

homedddd, and guess what. RIGHT. like usual, i went to press the button for the lift, and this time, it didn't light up. i looked up and saw "12. MAINTENANCE" screw off! no choice, i had to CLIMB all the way up to the 9th floor! gahhhhhhhh :( life can't be worse than this. damn.

hello peopleeeeeeee I'm bored. it's either I'm toooo busy to update anything or I'm bored stiff that I've nothing to type! sigh.

Oh yes i was supposed to attend this cca leaders workshop that lasts for 2D1N, but i gave it a miss. Taking the people going (yes shan bird calebyyy adel are going, but idk the rest of the people! *frowns*) and the programme into consideration, i don't think it's worth 2 days of my holidays! Yesterday when i received mrtan's message, i wanted to join them in the afternoon. but nahhh, cass refused to go cause the activities were talks talks talks and talks in lt3. say nooooooooooooooooooooo to lt3! :(
whats more today's height activites at the changi place will be crap. i'm so afraid of heights! so yeah, i guess nothing's lost. ;-)

instead, i went for chs training in the afternoon with mel and zuo too! Played survivor but it was a match-like play. thennn played match and for the first time in my life i was the LIBERO. :O

the whole thing was great, and especially so cause the emcees were calebyyy and jierong! they were entertaining. seriously. but the food wasn't nice o(>.<)o i think i chewed on a ginger or onion thing that sucked much! *gross*

kudos to junxiang cause we successfully won the titles ^^ we almost lost the second round cause our class cheer was simply too manly. :o
but anywayssss. enjoyed the fac outing :)

been to sentosa to watch the moe beach volleyball championships '10 for the past weekend. Saturday was girls and sunday was for the guys.

On saturday, i metup with Darius sister at harbourfront and wenta watch the girls matches. Nothing exciting much. Went for lunch with mrchew and the girls at Delifrance and i ordered the coconut. ahhh its damn sweet and the flesh is super soft and niceee! ^^

back to watch 2nd round, semis and finals.
here are the results for the girls category:
1st - Anderson
2nd - Xinmin
3rd - PHS1
4th - Huayi (i think).

Tiennn and p2! no doubt that yall will feel disappointed getting a 3rd this year. Afterall yall were champions in 2009. From an outsider point of view, i saw complacency and then it became anxiousness at the later part of the semis. It's okay to lose, but whats more important i guess is what yall bring back after this competition. I dont see yall putting in the 101% effort to fight back when yall are lagging behind. Maybe you girls are tired after a day of matches. but dont forget, your opponents are equally tired too. but what made them hang on and play much better? Jiayou kayyy. your main focues should be u16 then zonals and nationals.

went off around 6plus, and ended up with tien and her friend, Jean. A really fun girl to be with!
look for sushi buffet @vivo, but to no avail. :( in the end, we trained to marina square for yuki yaki buffet :)
we took about an hour plus to look for fooooooooood! gosh. hungry daoooooo ~
yuki yaki was nice. we laughed like mad.

1. we put too much butter and temperature to high, resulting in - oil splatter everywhere and ouch-ing here and there.

so, we asked the waiter to help us change our aluminium foil.

2. As we wanted the D.I.Y ice cream, we had to change tables at 930pm. by then, we were still cooking lotsa food! in the end, we had to secretly hide the meat in the plastic bags that made Jean and i laugh like nobody's business. cause there was a MIRROR in front of us, we had a hard time smuggling the cooked food!

3. DIY ice cream was fun. we had no idea at all how to make our ice creams! so, i kept standin gup to look at other people's table. malu. o(>.<)o
but in the end we had our yummy ice creams! i'm so going back there again. :D

just back from amk hub and darrr metup with us for dinner. Mummy bout him lotsa foody food food!

off to watch my newlove drama!

I feel that a team needs discipline in place to start working towards a goal. Everyone needs to possess the same mindset in order to achieve the best results during training and make the best out off it. What's more, we only have 8 in the team now plus Eleanor, I guess everyone needs to understand that each one of us is important and attends training. Ziping once said before, if you don't wanna come for training, you can have a hundred reasons not to go. I believe that a champ title is never easy to come by, but definitely a possible goal if we work on it. Put away complacent and bring in persistance and endurance, we'll do it, again.

Same for the guys team. You guys are probably the best players around. Maybe not best, but the top few. Given this kind of situation, you guys should overcome this obstacle together and come out of it, stronger. Do some self reflection and apply- less of me, more of we. Maintaining the champion title is definitely harder that getting it. Being already superstars doesn't mean that you'll be there even when you don't put in any effort. Train hard and do well if you wanna remain high up there, being champs, being the top players around.

SATURDAY. :)

dragged myself to phs in the morning as early at 9am (@_@) for phs homecoming day. when i was expecting many alumnis to go back to play with the current team, only the older ones and familiar faces like zhiyong and mark was there. of course, wl was present too! :)
minmin and co came only around 12 when wl and i was leaving for hougang to be linesmen for open.
And, i attempted to whineeeee to mrang to ask him to fecth us to hougang :P he agreed to, provided that we can persuade mrchew to lend him his car.

DAMN. andddddddddddddddddddd, (Y) mrchew offered to fetch us there himself! ^^

open matches were hell boring cause it was placing matches, and i was really lethargic by the 3rd set of the first match.

trained to city hall and we had a deal, that is whoever reaches late (we were meeting at 730pm) will kenna serpent! so for the first time, they were all on time. i was late. :P
met up with jabez russel junxiang chenxu wayne bk desheng zhoukai and settled for dinner @newyork newyork. ahliao joined us awhile later :)
JABEZ AND RUSSEL EAT LIKE ...... really can man. they shared the giant yankee burger and i think they should seriously join the challenge! free dinner plus a free shirt somemore.

intended to go library to do my pw, but the powerpoints were all used up! :( so, i trained to gombak alone and watched the girls finals.
the guys came later and i guess this year's finals were a little disappointing. i think girls finals was more exciting. it also made me realise how crucial the setter can be, and how the team will screw up if the setter isn't cool enough.

I decided to stay home today cause school was really boring yesterday :(

woke up at hmm, 12? or 11 plus. sleeping at home definitely owns sleeping at the class bench or classroom tables! just this made staying home sooooooo worth it ;-)

anywayyy, went to school's gym at salt centre around 1 plus and did my usual stuffs. but increased weights today! (Y) i shall aim to do 75 by december.

bathed and went to audi for cca award presentation 2010. It was all about the colours award and more awards. Before our turn, they screened a yog video, and it brings back many fond memories of yog. For the past 8months, the team become so bonded, went through many obstacles like changeover of coaching, tough trainings, having to balance school and training, the uncertainty of playing for yog, and of course, the fun times in malaysia, korea and village. I really miss those times. teammys. the lighting of the torch signifies alot. and of course, the closing ceremony was equally saddening. one and only memorable experience, that will be with me for life. Each and everyone that journeyed with me, supported me and encouraged me. (L)

I ALSO MISS MERLY AND LYO! :(

hi bloggie I'm deadbeat. I used to look forward to mondays cause i'll have a 1.5hours break in between and then a 1.5/2 hours break before chinese. Most of the time, i'd use this time to chiong my work or catch some sleep. but ever since promos ended, breaks were sooooooo frequent (and you have no work to do) to the extent that it's really tiring to spent your time doing nothing. o(>.<)o and today, i went to school, only to attend history lecture, econs tutorial and chinese lesson. and so, i had a 3HOUR BREAK (I ALMOST DIED) and then a 1.5 hour break before chinese.

this just convinced me to not go to school tomorrow. (Y)

and oh, something funny happened today. Shan fell down the stairs (?!?!) and got his attire all dirty. so, he went to buy a change of clothes. >>> athena shirt with pe pants (short and sexy im serious) and his high cut shoes. naise. you should've seen him in his new look. *thumbs up* hahahahhahaha

training resumed today, but all we did was free spiking and played 3on3 and 4on4. fun fun fun :)

Another Sunday gone, just like that. Apparently, life is all about volleyball/linesmen-ing/enjoy life now. Maybe we shouldn't switch to the holiday mood so soon, but ohwellssssssssss. let's see whats up first!

ever since i've joined yog and hc, i haven't had any time to go back to phs :( and so, it was pretty much enjoyable to be able to go back on most saturdays just to play ball and have fun with my girls.

and oh, let me talk abit bout my life in hwachong.
true enough, there ARE indeed many weird people that i've met from all walks of life. when i was in phs, i thought that the people in the only triple science class were freaking muggers. only after joining hc, i realised that they're just a portion of those in hc. goddamnit. nevertheless, i had to survive there. luckily, there were people like russel jabez shan mel calebyyy and junxiang that made life much more interesting in school!
HOWEVER. i've always yearned for a girls clique when i was in phs, and i thought that i'd be able to find one in hwachong. sighhhh. but, this bunch of guys are nice to hang out with too :)

yeahhh so i didn't go to school today for my past few days were wayyy too boring in school. most of the lessons were free with no teachers around, so all we could do was sleep. to the extent that i couldnt sleep anymore! :( so, no school for me.
but went at around 2 cause i thought we were going thru econs results and had some tree planting thingy.
and yes, i shall update my results someday soon, provided that i remeber.

at first, we saw a vampire(jiang shi) and we managed to NOT attract his attention and he didn't come in our direction. then, the guys suggested that we take a picture with the scarecrow, telling me that it's a statue. so, i went so near it to see if it's a real statue, and i was like "eh really. no eyes one" THEN IT COME TOWARDS ME AND SCARED THE HELL OUTTA ME. T_T
evil friends i've got. but thats just the start of it :( moving on, there was a plump woman (see pic above) that i ran for a life after i made eye contact with her! she followed me :(

went to queue for the haunted village for about 1.5hours, and went in for a 3 min thrill.

then then, calebyyy joined us for the train of terror whereby we got to see the animals in night safari (Y). of course, there were scary stuffs and not forgetting the screams. we saw some really interesting animals like the elephant with its ivory tusk, striped hyena, (really biggg) hippopotamus, babirusa etc.
and lol, there was this scare actor that ran from the back of the tram and scareeeeed calebyyy!

my first halloween @ the night safari ^^ prolly we can try the sentosa one next time!
but it was really terrifying o(>.<)o

russel's parents fetched mel shan yuangming calebyyy and i back. and imagine all of us squeeeeezing @ the back of a normal car! naise right. HAHAHAHAHA.

Yesterday and today had been a real tiring day. :(
went down to hougang sports hall to be linesmen for open cup ($$$) ^^
but heyheyhey. 钱难赚啊~ it's really scary to stand there just watching the lines! As easy as it may seem, just helping to watch for in/out balls, touch out, the players are darn intimidating ._. especially when a ball lands near the line and everyone's attention seemed to be on me. Gosh I just felt like digging a hole and stuff my head inside!

De Bali open cup has come to an end. However, it wasn't very significant to me as i only joined the team midway thru the competition. Joined them in knockout round and had 3 matches in total.
We managed to clinch the 3rd place, losing the match to Jasvolley, 09's champion team in semi finals.

today

metup with caleb and took 852 to school. Haven't been waking up so early (515AM!!!) and hence resulting in me being so tired at this time. Broke up into our various classes, whcih means no more of being in ogs. Come to think of it, OG29 had been pretty fun, and i only started enjoying being in og29 in the last two days! Whats more i didnt attend school in the morning, nor did i go for dinner with them. Missed the chances to bond with them. =(

cass has no time to blog! and no time to think about what she has done for the past days. Recently i have been hoping for more than 24 hours a day, more than 168 hours a week.
Im really exhausted, having trainings everyday and school till 5. If orientation was better, fun-filled, it'd have made things alot better, but no. I dont like to made new friends, resulting in me being ostracised/left out (thats how i feel) in og29. However i'd say some of them like congzhi, siman, junxiong, weichuan and this netballer (i dont know her name! :/) were pretty friendly. ^^

As you can see, these few days have been spent with volleyball, that im actually starting to get tired of it.
Today, i went for youth team training at peichun, and was late for about 10 minutes. Training sucked. Didnt enjoy training as much as before, and maybe it's just this training that i dread to go. Or rather, i wouldn't say that i dread to go, cause there are still people there like ergui and qianwen that i look forward to crap with :D
Went off to toapayoh central and bought koi bubble tea with qianwen ergui and steph. Talked to qianwen and we could hit it off pretty well ^^

Again, i went to school today. I got really pissed this afternoon while waiting for the bus to yishun mrt station!
The buses were packed with yishun ite's students, resulting in the bus to not stop for us to board. In the end, i had to walk to the station (after watching 2 full buses pass by me). And for that, i was late to meet gilbert, and we skipped math lecture. Im truly sorry. :/

So today was supposed to be the second day of school(which sucks alot) in HwaChong, but i gave it a miss.
I just couldn't stand the mundane life there and facing strangers everywhere. say no to school.

Received MrTan's message at 10plus and was informed to attend a subject combination talk at 11am! And since i won't be able to make it there on time, forget it. But i was told later that MrTerng(the irritating) knows that i didnt go to school today! Die.

okay, so today is the first day of school, in Hwa Chong.
First day of school for IP students and DSA students, which amounts to, okay i have no idea. we practically filled up the whole auditorium. How many people is that? hah. Alot.

Metup with gilbert at yishun int @ 550am, and took 852 to school. And guess what? School actually only begins at 815 for us! So, we stoned in the canteen till time is up. Mel, his friend, qingshan and a highschool guy was present, and it's a whole lot of different people!

815- audi for some talk followed by eng diagnostic test, which is actually an ESSAY WRITING TEST.
break was an hour and we went to the high school's canteen for food. That was with xinni and adel.

back to audi- for math lecture, was revising algebra, and i have no idea at all how i got my double distinctions. i dont even know how to add algebra (okay at least o's dont have lah :P)

I was only informed that training was suddenly changed to outdoor training when i reached Hc! Unfair right. Sigh. I hate outdoor trainings cause firstly the sun is soooooooo bright i can hardly see the ball high up in the sky(and i may just miss the freaking ball which is very very malu), secondly we cant dive to save any balls (which suck alot) and lastly the unpredictable weather will change like nobody's business!

moved into the hall later on and we could use the hall till 6plus for the guys coach didnt come today and we could use the hall longer. But, whats the point, when you have a coach that............. i shall not continue.

Yesterday, it was probably the best day of my life.
Studies, vb and love. all going pretty well. i thought i didn't have anything to worry about anymore, for the biggest worry, the o's results are out. But today, i started worrying, again.

It's pretty ironic, when people in school complains about the boring old routine that's back, that they have to get up early in the morning to go to school and endure the boring day, while people at home whines about idling at home the whole day staring at the comp or watching the television. I mean, it get really b o r i n g when you have to try and wake up later(so that you endure a shorter boring day) and find things to do to ~~spend~~waste your day away.

When school reopened, it gets really shitty when hc training clashes with phs', and that there's only trainings on mon and wed. = boring crap days on tues thurs and fri. =(

on the other hand, im not looking forward to school, cus i dont like new environments, and im hesitant on going hc again.
after looking thru the courses available in the brochure of tp's, i thought i might be better off in a leisure and resorts management or hotel management course, rather than drowning in tonnes of history notes or struggling in some cse(??) or econs.
i need enlightenment.

woke up earlier than usual, around 10, in hope to reach training earlier, or rather to not be late.

however, i tried taking 852 instead of 156 at bishan, and ended up being late, again.

reached at around 12 and to my surprise, training have yet to begun! but, the point is, i was still late. =/

training was boring.

all i remember doing, was setting or digging the damn ball, cus firstly, muthu didnt come and i had to set (most of the time) and coach ended training earlier today for pt. so, there wasn't many ball drills.

pt was alright, not as tough as past pt(s).

went off around 3 plus and metup with cheapskate.

decided to have sushi buffet @sakae :D and, he actually didnt know, until i told him, that i was craving for it yesterday. hah.

ate and walked around, slacked/chitchat.

I reached hub at 1030am, and was only 10mins (:P) late to meetup with cheapskate.
to think that i can actually wake up that early in the holidays, so being late for ten isn't alot okay. :P

bought our tickets for avatar at 1040am and new moon at 3pm.

and i was more looking forward to new moon than avatar, btu avatar turned out to be nicer than new moon. but ending for new moon was abrupt, which spoils the whole movie o(>.<)o

i love avatar ^_^ but the blue people were scary! look like i dont know what, human monsters.

after avatar, we decided to go for lunch at macs, cus there were some people on our left and right, that were eating mac in the theatre! (which smells really good :P)

after new moon, went this KOI something bubble tea shop, and the pearl is ^_^ ttm. i like i like.
and, we saw shoooom with zhenye at amk, and they're super evil people. lol.

trained back to school and slacked in the hall till ref course while cheapskate went for volei.

ref course was boring ttm, and in the end, things got better when we started playing cards :D
kill boredom and saved us from the misery of listening to boring shit for 2 hours plus.

went for supper with sseun wl cheapskate zhenye serchuan huijun bear zp and mrang and bukit timah somewhere. homed ard 12, and i only reached home at 1 T_T

where shall i begin from, i have no idea actually. I haven't finished posting bout our days in taiwan!!!

today, was packed and tiring.
this morning managed to get up when the alarm rang and off to phs to do weights.
yes, the girls saw my ~~short~~hair. o(>.<)o completed my weights and went off to ccab for hc training.
firstly, i was late! good and bad.
good, because i didnt have to do those boring and tiring warm up and it's super robotic. i don't like it.
bad, because i'm never once early for trainings! if im the coach i'll probably be fuming for having sucha player.

boobies couldn't get to sleep, and decided to join us at our ~~baking~~playing session! ^^

but we ended up chatting in the kitchen, and bu played with the dough liek some play dough.lol.

we walked over to northpoint macs for breakfast at 530am. and we had to walk in the drizzle cus the bus was still not available in the wee hours :(

before msia trip,

jiangling bubu cy loh and wl came over to stay at my place. :D

msia trip was alright, and the hotel was okay actually. but the fact that we've been at m suites for the past 2 years, m suites is definitely way better than crystal crown. Especially the room, breakfast and swimming pool! M suites rock.

the girls got 3rd, and it's a 3rd again. i hate it. :(

morover, even zp agreed that this year's teams wasn't as strong anymore, as compared to the previous years.

and mutiara rini got champion, fighting with convent, the champion for the past two years.

but convent's standard has dropped tremendously.

chs got into the finals and got second place, well done.

everything ended at around 5plus, and we went off, straight back to spore.

today, another volleyball day again.
woke up around 10plus and headed over to ccab for hc training.
saw muthuuuuu at the bus stop, and while waiting for bus, steph reached too.
During the bus ride to ccab, we were all whining bout how ~~fun~~boring training will be, especially the warm up shit.

and for today's training, there were only 6 of us, plus 3 seniors who came.
butttttttt, during training, mavis stepped on my foot while blocking and sprained her ankle :(
im sorrrrryyyyyy mavis. :(

-early morning bgirls had friendly against minghu, lost 2-3 but it was a great game.

-off to yang ming shan (L)

-visit to an inactive volcano site, which was really cold, and yet, survivor 5 ate ice cream :D

-wen1 quan2 guan3 for hot spring, btu we ended up slacking and eating delicious mantous. :D

Day 3

-check out of Yi Lan farm. (slight rain)

and due to the rain, visit to the farm site was cancelled.

todayyy
set my alarm clcok at 930 am this morning, and only got up at 10plus.
so, gave phs training a miss for there's still hc training in the afternoon.

trained to newton and took a bus over to ccab for training.
training today was rather tiring, cus again, coach thinks that we're robots.
started warm up, running drills etc at 1245, and only had our first break at 210. Though it may seem pretty short, the things that we did were tiring :(
or rather its just me. HAHA.
and i've got to admit, havent been taking training seriously ever since after nationals was a mistake. now that training's back on track, i can't seem to get back that momentum.
i get tired easily, and terrible muscleaches the next morning :(
to the extent that if i were to flex my muscle, it cramps. :(

anywayyy, training is getting better, because im getting to know my teammates more, and able to be myself at training. and i mean myself, cus i can at least talk crap and shout and scream during trainings! :D
unlike the past hc trainings whereby the atmosphere was tense and silence filled the court. eeeeew ~

however, i'm still hesitant on hc.

that marks the end of our second day at taiwan, and the night spent at Yi Lan farm.
And that night, wl and i decided to go to the reception to look for some chips. On the way, a NOELEEN (frog) came out somewhere out of nowhere and freaked me out !!!!!
Like duh, i screamed but luckily i ran away from it :d and the stupid wl laughed at me, and told everyone.
tsk.

that night itself, the girls had teamtalk with the cgirls, leaving wl and i alone.
So, we watched tv accompanied with some seaweed lays chips and talked bout lots of things.
:)

Initially i had a pretty bad impression of farm stay cus i thought it's those cows/pigs/sheeps place.
But no. it turned out to be rather comfy and in fact the best night i had there (cus the bed was SOFT!!) haha.
moreover, breakfast was GREAT. :D

TODAY
when i woke up, it was already almost lunch.
so, accompanied sister to northpoint for lunch at subway and parted our ways.
Homed while she went out.

metup with cheapskate earlier cus he had nothing better to do at home.
trained to jurong point and walked around to look for food. Initially i wanted cavane express, but he's sick. So, walked around looking for something he can eat, but ended up in the old wing's kopitiam, after walking for half an hour or so! tsk.
anywayyy, the food is good, and quite cheap! :D
cheaper than the new wing's.

trained to pioneer and walked over to jurong west sports hall.
watched the match between beng hui and hildas alumni, and it was really exciting!
beng hui took the match with the last set at 19-17 (i think)
the last set was superrrrr exciting cus beng hui was lagging with the score of 12-14, and caught up, each side taking a point each to close up the gap, and finally beng hui took that set.
nice game ^^

i apologize for the late update, buttttt!

there's really wayyy too many pictures for me to upload! most of it are already uploaded on facebook,

there's phs training in the morning, hc training in the afternoon, followed by meetup in the evening.

Im pretty much looking forward to tmr ^_^

anddd,

when i was uploading the pictures in facebook, flashbacks of us in taiwan really made me miss those times there. Though this trip wasn't as fun as the past years', having lesser matches, training in the wee hours in the morning, lesser shopping time and hotel sucked, im glad that i went. Why?

Because i got to catch up with my batch teammys (jiangling, bubu, wl and cy).

having drifted apart after cdiv, i seldom hang out with them, seldom spend time with them.

but during this trip, we stick closely together, spending lots of time together, and the c girls team bond will never be gone (L)

though this trip was disappointing for many of us, im thankful that i went, cus i felt the team bond. Just too bad cus wl and i graduated, gahhh. :(

When the girls had their first match there against minghu, i saw them play as a team. and they really fought hard, but eventually lost the game. When they girls won a set, or played happily and gaining every point, i question myself. Am i the cause of the loss for u16, for the match against dunman? Maybe if kim or loh played, the result would have been different. We could have won and made it into the next round. Girls, now that you're on your own, play your very best and dont let boss down alright?

Chances are hard to come by and if you miss it, it's for life. Whatever it is, i'll be here supporting you girls, cus you're my babys! (L)

Esp bubu, you're playing really well now, and dont let others affect you okay! Dont deny the fact that you're good, and go play your best on court. There may be times whereby you dont perform up to standard, you get upset or disappoint your teammys, but sometimes such things are inevitable. Just get over it and play better the next time! You've trained so hard, been thru tough trainings, gym on sundays, all for competitions, going there to win. so dont let yourself down okay! (:

and hell, i've got alot to say, to jing, cy, aunty, p2, nienie, ting, shoushou kim loh tien !!!!!

time flies, and tonight will be our last night in taiwan, and will be back in Singapore tmr.
Initially, i had an urge to go back to sg, cause this trip's itenary is really lousy. Not only so, trainings at 630am and making us walk from 6am till the training ground which took approx an hour made the whole trip worse.

Let me mention some things that added on to the reasons for this trip being the worst that i've been to, so far.
firstly, there were really little matches! like only 3 or 4 for 8days here. Moreover, this time around coming here as seniors, we weren't givent he chance to play, anymore. :/
i suppose it's really a wasted opportunity cus there's this school which is superrr strong. Their guys team clinched the world youth cup champion or something similar.
the team's way of playing is totally like a guy's, with A, B and C balls. and they rarely, or never miss any of those balls! Adding on to that, their setters, and i mention setters because they have 3, and all had the main team setter standard.

okayyyy we've to go off for match alrdy! i'll be back at 10. :D

Today's the third day in taiwan, and im back in crystal hotel, the super princessy room (L) :D yes, back because yesterday we spent the night at yilan, away from taipei, in some farm resort or something like that. :D activities there were pretty unique and entertaining, some sort of activities that we'll probably never get to experience in a city like spore.

Okayyy, i got to go to the reception now to look for my lost jersey!

decided to go for hc training today, and once again, i was late.
And just when i told mooooth that i was about to reach, for i dont know what reason, there was a traffic jam, just before hc's stop! gahhhh.

lucky muthu spotted me and offered to open the side gate for me ^^v

We had outdoor training (hell, the scorching sun never ever fail to disrupt our trainingssssss) and, yes obviously it sucked cus the otudoor conditions were totally crappy. With the sun shining so brightly that i can hardly set the ball, and the wind blowing the ball here and there, that everything was out of place.

setting was especially off today, for god knows why. :(
In a nutshell, nothing was right today. gah.

what made things worse, was that we ended off training with PT.

and, i think coach treats muthu and i as robots.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY :D
saturday morning, metup with darius @novena, supposedly at 745am.
And typical meetups would always be me bring the late one, so i didn't go out of the train, but texted him to board. BUTTTT for onceeeeee im EARLY :D which also meant that he didn't board, so waited for him at douby ghaut and off to sentosa.
:)

watched semis of both guys and girls before going back to deli&cheapskate's room.
slacked an watched tv there with their teammys and waited for them to bathe, which took soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long.
cool deck for lunch and watched went to the beach.
played ball with darius jithong and mrhan, and wl&mc on my side :D
had fun, playing and most of the time, laughing.

watched the finals for girls, and it started pouringgggggg. :(
watched guys finals, thailand -deli&cheapskate,.
and, congrats CHS B, championnnn.

for girls, hongkong took the title, with thailand being the runner up.

we shopped around, and practically shopping for f o o d. wahahahaha.

and, despite the fact that the space was limited and we had to sit on each other's lap etc, most of us still fell asleep. guess i was the only one in comfort cus i sat on nie's lap and lie across, on p2 (who was sitting on tien) and bubu. :P

slacked at phs till 12 plus before heading for yiyi's house.
